Jumana hails from Kerala, although Dubai is her home where family and loved ones reside for more than four decades. She is a consummate service professional who has navigated her career path from a computer science engineering and MBA degree background to people driven change & transformation industry. She has held a broad spectrum of strategic, tactical, and operational roles across giant sectors in the Airline, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Automotive, and Digital world for 20+ years. During her long stint in the Middle East, she has experienced the cultural dynamics of people from more than 30 diverse backgrounds. She currently resides in the beautiful city of Goa, India.
Although highly successful in her chosen field, Jumana was organically drawn to the world of Transformational Coaching due to her lifelong quest for personal growth, human excellence & conscious awakening. Working with frameworks, strategies and processes in the corporate world, efficiency and effectiveness of people for achieving an outcome became the most thoroughly enjoyable trait which she got hooked on. In addition to leading industry certifications to her credit in the IT, Digital, Leadership and Management domains, she has also acquired PROSCI Change Management Practitioner (Gold standard in Organizational Change Management), ICF Accredited Coach (Gold Standard in Professional Coaching), NLP Master Practitioner (approved by ABNLP and INLPTA).
Jumana herself has managed to transform multiple obstacles into strength of character through a resilient mindset over the years. She continuously invests her time and energy into striving to live her best life, and looks up to her virtual mentors - Jack Canfield , Robin Sharma, Brooke Castillo and many more to continuously improve her coaching techniques, tools and resources for coaching self and her clients.
